US orders are shippied USPS Priority Mail. We will email you with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse between 3 - 5 business days.
RETURN POLICY
If you're unhappy with your item, you can return it unused in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent to you by mistake. Please email us at info@qwickcraft.com for return authorization before shipping your return. Refunds are only issued after the item is received back in good condition.
If your item was damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund to your order. Send us an email at info@qwickcraft.com with a photograph of the damaged packaging and item.

Does the kit include everything I need?The only required item not included in the kit is water. We also suggest having a mixing bowl, plastic glove, tweezers and paper towel.

What type of sand do you use and does this kit include toxic materials?Our sand is made from the feldspar family of rock which does not contain any carcinogens. It is 100% pure safe sand. The sand we use contains no free silica or quartz and does not contain toxic materials.

Is the finished wall art suitable for outdoors?NO! Water will damage the dried sand, place wall art indoors at all times. Keep away from all liquids once sand is hardened.

What is the environmental impact in creating this kit?Our sand is man made and not collected from the beach. We only collect empty shells on the beaches where shelling is legal, no marine life was harmed or killed. We support ocean conservation, a small donation is made for every kit sold.

What age is this kit suitable for?We recommend this kit for anyone 10+ who can handle the small seashells with their fingers. The kit contains small items that can cause choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 or any person or pet that may try to swallow the sand or seashells.
